For anyone interested, I signed up for the EatingWell free newsletters and I've quite enjoyed them. They either send new recipes to try or tips on cooking healthier.

How are we supposed to handle the Monday check in? I need to work on the increased water, portions, reduce sugar, and increase exercise. I'm leaving now to take Tootsie on a walk. (Maybe I should turn parts of it into a run!--Scarey thougt!)
